The Crazy Journal: Truth Without Guarantees

Uncomfortable questions, inconvenient truths, and mental models that refuse to behave. Confronting human certainty with brutal reality.

What is The Crazy Journal?

The Crazy Journal is an independent intellectual platform arguing for the critical necessity of radical reality testing. We contend that the persistent human obsession with guaranteed outcomes, religious conformity, and magical thinking is the principal impediment to personal agency, intellectual clarity, and authentic creativity.

Our core premise is singular and uncompromising: the universe has never signed an agreement to reward your effort or validate your comfort. The purpose of this journal is to examine where our inherited explanations fail, and how to think with courage when no guarantees exist.

Our Focus Areas

Zero False Guarantees

Exposing the fallacy that doing everything right entitles you to win. Preparation improves probability; it does not purchase immunity from reality.

Intellectual Courage

God did not give you a brain to stop using it. Refusing to confuse obedience to human authority with loyalty to God, and dismantling fear disguised as humility.

Scientific Paradox Mirrors

Grounding human decision-making in non-linear physics and game theory—from Braess’s traffic paradox to quantum Zeno freezing and time crystals.

WHAT KIND OF FOOL DECLARES WAR ON THE WATER HE DRINKS?

An uncomfortable reflection on an ancient Yoruba Ifá chant, the violence of words, betrayal and the stupidity of human ingratitude.

What kind of person declares war on the very water they need to drink? You bathe with water. You cook with it. You drink it. Your body depends on it. Yet you somehow decide to make water your enemy. We destroy relationships that sustain us. We undermine people who have helped us. We attack the systems from which we benefit. And perhaps the water is not always another person. What if the water you are making an enemy of is your own health, your own time, your own future? Before you open your mouth to damage something, remember: not everyone who knows the value of water has the wisdom to stop poisoning it.

I THINK TRADING IS GAMBLING. THE CHARTS JUST MAKE IT LOOK INTELLIGENT.

An uncomfortable confession about money, probability, the illusion of control and the dangerous obsession with financial freedom.

I've spent time thinking about trading, and I've reached an uncomfortable conclusion. Trading can make you money. But making money isn't the same as building wealth. You can understand risk management and still destroy your savings. You can win 100 trades and still have nothing meaningful to show for it. You can spend five years pursuing financial freedom and end up further away from it. Perhaps the most expensive thing trading takes from people isn't even their money. It's the years they could have spent building something else. One uncomfortable question: If you had never discovered trading, would you actually be poorer today?
